Dr. Joyelle Harris

Effective January 2023, Dr. Joyelle Harris has a new title within OUE. As the Director of Undergraduate Transformative Learning Initiatives, Joy will be working to support a wide range of initiatives that help advance Georgia Tech’s strategic goal to Amplify Impact by providing “all [undergraduate] students with transformative learning experiences to grow as creative, ethical, globally aware, technologically sophisticated leaders who can define and solve problems to improve the human condition.”

Within the context of her role, Joy will continue to partner with OUE offices and programs (as well as other campus partners) to design collaborative programs and initiatives that reduce and eliminate barriers and support the goal that all undergraduate students should have access to High Impact Practices and experiential learning opportunities. Joy will also be supporting Tech’s new QEP as well as University System of Georgia initiatives such as Complete College Georgia, Momentum Approach, and the USG HIPs Initiatives.

Congratulations, Dr. Harris!
